Windows Workflow has been separated from SharePoint in newer standalone versions of the collaboration platform. This is a dramatic improvement to scale-ability and reliability of workflow for SharePoint but requires building the workflow farm and setting up its connection to SharePoint 2013.
This session will demonstrate step-by-step how to build the Windows Workflow Farm and how to troubleshoot common setup issues. It will cover the prerequisite hardware and software, installation and configuration of the Service Bus and Workflow farm components, connecting your farm to SharePoint and testing your installation.
