  • Practical Unit Testing in C/C++: Agility at Scale

    5:00 PM Saturday   Room: 4306
Lean-Agile practices like Test Driven Development are finally becoming more common in products and companies built around C and C++. But how do you make the business case for adoption in the first place? And once your team gets started with Unit Testing and other Agile practices, how do you make these good habits stick, and how do you scale the practices from one team to a larger organization? Equally important: how do you maintain overall feature velocity and product performance? Matt will speak to all of these questions on a deeply technical level based on his 10+ years of in-the-trenches work deploying Agile practices to C, C++, and C# product teams from small, stealth start-ups to large, public companies.
