About This Session

2011 is an exciting year for 3D graphics on the web! Unity3D, WebGL, Flash 11 “Molehill”, and Silverlight 3D are competing technologies that bring your GPU’s full power to any web page. This enables rich 3D graphics or even web-based, high-performance computing. In this presentation, Chad Austin, technical director at IMVU, will give demonstrations of each, compare and contrast them, and provide some insight into how you can make best use of these game-changing technologies.

Time: 9:15 AM Sunday     Room: 4204
