Prior to his current job, he was a software engineer for 6 years developing and designing modern enterprise grade mobile applications.   • Conversational Interface for Alexa and Magical Chatbots Facebook Messenger

    This session covers the design and coding process of bot design a critical first step that is often skipped and leads to poor UX and frustration. In the first half of the presentation you will learn best practices for designing a conversational experience that is not only useful but also delightful. You will understand about the types of bots—such as transactional, social and personal assistants—and how to create a compelling persona for your bot.

    The second half is code focussed teaching you how to develop , deploy and test simple chatbot onto onto messaging platforms such as Facebook messenger.

    This session will leave you with best practices for designing and developing conversational user interfaces and chatbots under your belt.
