  • Azure enabled IOT with IOT Hub, Win10 IOT Core, Raspberry Pi3, C#.net & WUP

There is a lot of excitement these days around creating connected devices. Maker community is fastest growing communities around the world today. Boards like the Raspberry Pi, Intel Edison, Beaglebone Black and many more make it possible for developers to invent new kinds of devices that can both publish information about themselves as well as be remotely managed. Microsoft Azure has had a number of services to help companies consume and manage their IoT (“Internet of Things”) devices and data, but so far these have been an “ad-hoc” or “a la carte” set of services. The recently announced “Azure IoT Suite” acts as an umbrella over a collection of services and provides an integrated solution for configuring and using services like Azure IoT Hub, Event Hubs, and more. In this session Vishal will provide an overview of Microsoft Azure’s IoT offerings and do some hands on demos showing you just how easy it is to get started creating Internet of your things using technologies you already know, Win10 IoT core, VS.net (C#), Azure IoT Hub, UWP we will get into few things, 1) how to setup IOT Suite 2) how to create IOT hub client, device and server applications 3) device registration and management 4) installing Win10 IOT Core on Pi2 5) how to get started with WUP apps for IOT core win10 6) I will touch a tiny bit on Pi2 pinouts what do they mean and how do you connect sensors with your Pi2 all of this hands down live
