Women in Tech: Your Value Creation, Visibilty, and Growth
Presentation
As women we know our work experiences differ from our male colleagues and the career advice we need is not always what we’ve been receiving. Most advice is for men. For women the hard work, advanced degrees, and networking activities have not been enough. What we’ll discuss in this session are tips and tools to increase the visibility of the value you create for your company and your teams, what you can do to grow yourself, and how you can create more career options.
