Components are the building blocks in Angular application development. Come take a ride through the Angular framework as we take advantage of TypeScript to build custom components and extend existing ones. Along the journey, we will discuss Angular modules & decorators, highlight some core features of TypeScript and demonstrate the benefits TypeScript with Angular.

Troy Taylor likes stepping outside of his job role as one of GrapeCity's technical engagement engineers to have an impact in other aspects of the company's business. Troy graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science before joining the GrapeCity team a year and a half ago.
