About This Session

This session will cover how QuickBooks Online (QBO) solves the problem of allowing internal and external development teams to enhance the experience for the user. I will demonstrate how to build a plugin for QBO and explain the architecture which enables this ecosystem. This architecture could be applied to any web application.

Jeff Brewer

Principal Engineer , Intuit, Inc.

After graduation from Harvey Mudd College in 1991, Jeff started his career at Intuit, the makers of Quickbooks and Turbo Tax. After playing a principal engineering and architecture role in several startups since, his last startup, PayCycle was acquired by Intuit. Jeff is always responsible form solving the most difficult engineering problems. Currently, he is developing a plugin system for QuickBooks.
