This presentation walks you through a rational structured decision making process. It use the Kepner-Tragoe method based from a book call the 'New Rational Manager'. It explains that simple decision can be quickly and transparently be made in minutes, for key or major decisions how to research. It's cool fun technique that will impress your colleagues!
