Hear the nitty-gritty day-to-day details about how one development group became Agile by incrementally adopting various practices, inspecting them to see what worked, and changing things that didn't. You'll see pictures of the team's physical environment (cards, charts, seating, etc.), along with how an "iteration" is run. Find out how the Agile success spread throughout the company and how each team adopted and adapted the processes to fit their particular needs.
