LinkedIn's Content Distribution and Networks (CDN) team uses an agile software development methodology. To support this methodology and to provide external visibility on the progress of the team, CDN uses a web based tool called JIRA. During this session a brief overview of CDN's engineering process will be presented followed by an in depth look at the customizations we have made to JIRA to support our process. Details will be provided on lessons learned, pitfalls encountered, and improvements we are continuing to make in our process & tools.
