Speaking Sessions

  • Getting started with Deep Learning on Azure

Artificial Intelligence will play a leading role in shaping our future and Deep Learning is the most promising technology today to get us closer to that future. In this session, we will introduce basic Deep Learning concepts through solving a real-world problem of using computer vision to identify distracted drivers by their photos – a competition that has recently appeared on kaggle.com (https://www.kaggle.com/c/state-farm-distracted-driver-detection). We will present the resources available in Azure today for you to get started with Deep Learning, as well as identify the newly released and upcoming features that will enable you to create powerful applications powered by this cutting-edge technology. This session will use Python, one of the most popular language for Machine Learning scientists, however the participants do not need to know Python.
